AlaskaLelo's features ornaments with Alaskan themes created by artist, Leo Hads.  These themes range from nature scenes, to Christmas themes, to the Iditarod - Alaska's Last Great Race!  All of our ornaments come in Alaska clay! What is that, you ask?

Alaskan clay was left by receding glaciers and is one of the many riches given to us by the beautiful mountains of Alaska.  Alaska clay is obtained from along the oceans and inlets, and its unique bi-color appearance is the result of iron deposits contained in the clay which only reveal themselves during the firing process.  Every swirled pattern is unique!
